We sell from the standard 20’ & 40’ Units, to Open Tops, Hard Tops, Reefers, ISO Tank Containers, etc. from individuals to varied businesses. We have both new and used containers and are able to customize containers for a multitude of applications.
Dry containers are available in sizes of 10’, 20’, & 40’. They are sold in wind & watertight condition. The used containers we have available are utilized for international shipping. They usually remain in shipping service for approximately 10-12 years. We provide them in the aftermarket for domestic, on-site storage purposes, etc.
New containers are often referred to as “one-trip”, “one-way” or “one-use” containers. They are referenced as such because they are only loaded with cargo “one-time”. They are manufactured overseas, loaded with cargo just once and shipped to Sri Lanka. They are not utilized for international shipping.
Most dry containers are constructed of steel and have wooden floors. They are comprised of 14-gauge corrugated steel panels throughout. They typically have lockable double doors at one end. The floors are of 1-1/8″ thick marine plywood.
